Amazing Leasing Experience! I just leased a Subaru Forester through Walter and Carl on a "phone deal." Having purchased vehicles numerous times previously, I don't take kindly to I just leased a Subaru Forester through Walter and Carl on a "phone deal." Having purchased vehicles numerous times previously, I don't take kindly to all the games many dealerships like to play. I called Day Apollo and Walter was straight up with me from the word "Go." While I have always purchased d/t mileage issues, he taught me the xxxxxxand con's to leasing, even if just for the short-term. After he had offered me his "best deal," I went to 2 local dealers just to see what my vehicle was worth and to comparison shop. Neither dealer had anything close to what I wanted in color or style (Venetian Red Limited) and lease pricing ranged from 19-24% higher. I did not dicker as Walter had already offered me what I wanted and trade-in value was comparable. In the end, the 70 mile trip to Day was pittance in comparison to a great Leasing Experience. Thanks so much to both of you for a terrific, no-nonsense deal. I highly recommend you to friends and will definitely return for future business based on this experience. They are always willing to work with you on price and package. I filled out my credit application in advance and my salesman Rik found the car I was looking for and let me know when it was in. We were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. It literally took us longer to get there than the time we spent at the dealership. I highly recommend Day Subaru. More

And we have bought many cars over my nearly 50 years as a driver. Here's why: As one of my colleagues put it whom we recommended to see Carl (and she also bought a Subaru from Day Apollo), he is not just a car salesman, he is a person who tries to get the customer the exact car he or she wants. In short, he (and in our experience everyone at the dealership), listen carefully to what would be best for you; they never push their inventory or their ideas; and, best of all, they do not dicker with prices: they go right to their best price, which is always as good or better than any other dealer. So there's no uncomfortable haggling. We purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester from Jessica Cupini at the Day Apollo dealership. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. We really did our research and took several weeks to decide on the details o at the Day Apollo dealership. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. We really did our research and took several weeks to decide on the details of our car as we considered every feature and color. Jessica kindly educated us (test drive, another time in person, and over several emails) about the many Subaru features and the workings of the industry as a whole. We got a great deal on the car that is ideal for us. I also feel very informed about the features of our new car. We were/are incredibly impressed with her level of knowledge and friendly personality. We never felt pressured and she answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. She also made extra effort to get us a better deal on our trade-in. This was a large purchase for us, and it felt good to conduct the transaction with people that we actually like and trust. More
Carl was so impressive and caring. This is the first time I left a dealership not feeling that I had made a mistake and was taken advantage of. My husband came first to take a look at the cars and was so excited on the car and the comfort he felt with Carl. I was also impressed with the smiles expressed by your other staff members in your show room. You felt comfortable with the decision you were about to make. Steve was also very personable and we not overwhelming on pushing us one way or the other for the extra coverage we took on the car.
