Rik was extremely patient and took the time ensure we knew the ins and outs of leasing vs. buying, but never attempted to sway our decision knowing we are typically long-time owners. We sat and researched all the purchase possibilities ,and Matt suggested for us go home to look over the numbers to help make a decision It just so happened that during that time that we were at home deciding, Day Apollo had a sale event on new, 2015 XV Crosstreks . Matt's patience with us paid off, and we drove home with a brand new 2015 XV Crosstrek. We never imaged purchasing a new vehicle but Matt worked to make it affordable for us. The dealer was recommended to me by two separate friends who are also about 40 minutes away in Ohio and I wouldn't hesitate to do the same. My last Subaru lasted me 16 years though so "I" probably won't see much of them except for oil changes in future. More

This was my first time ever purchasing a brand new car and I was slightly nervous about making such a large investment, but after working with Day, all my hesitation went away. I was impressed with James' profressionalism and ability to make me feel in control thoughout the entire process. Day Apollo was able to get me driving in a new car in under a week without feeling rushed behind the wheel. There were a few hiccups with the process were outside of the dealer's controls, but Day and James made sure that everything was taken care of. I am very happy that I had my Impreza for the winter and was not surprised with the monthly payments. More

My salesperson Simon Bacher was pleasant and I never felt pressured by him. I went there on a Saturday un announced and they were quite busy. They took care of me reasonably but had to take care of the appointments first. My only complaint is after getting the car home I noticed I was missing one rear floor mat which they have not yet replaced. It was a used car but who buys just three Subaru floormats. At some point it left the car. More
