I started with the online expert Friday evening who provided me some very good information. When I arrived on Saturday morning I met Jason Len. We discussed what I was looking for. I most appreciate that he knew what I was looking for and did not try and over sell me. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He made me very comfortable throughout the entire process. We worked with the GM for the site and came to what I believe is a very good deal. The finance manager discussed options and we were able to get all the contracts complete in 20 minutes. I have been driving Subaru's since 1978 and can say I have not had a better experience when purchasing a vehicle. Congratulations on a job well done. More

My wife came home and asked me to go with her to talk to the sales team. When we arrived we waited and my wife sold me the car she liked. I had just a couple questions so we waited and waited to talk to a salesperson. Finally, the manager approached us and he said a salesperson would be with us shortly and then disappeared into his office. Unfortunately, we didn't stick around. My only advice is to just visit with customers and maybe even strike up conversation or possibly offer them a cup of coffee...anything to make them feel like their valued. We'll try another place that will appreciate our business. More
