He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and what I liked best, when he was in doubt, he found the answer instead of trying to sell me. When I was handed off to Steve Huetter, I was shocked. I have never had such a forthright and direct conversation with any finance manager at a dealership. There was no pressure selling. I cannot say one bad thing about a single person we spoke to during our vehicle purchase. This experience was near the best if not the best experience we've ever had at a dealership.
