Anne has not been helpful at all in fact she stopped responding altogether. Luckily I was able to have my case escalated to her superior Christina. I still do not have the car title and as of today August 22 the vehicle can no longer be driven legally. Christina was able to arrange for a rental which Driveway is paying for until I receive the proper paperwork to legally operate the vehicle. I am cautiously optimistic that Christina will come through as she has been attentive, quick to respond and eager to assist unlike any of the other employees I have dealt with. I will continue to give updates as I proceed.

FYI...I just left the gas station to fill up the vehicle and it was registering as full but had less than a half of tank. So, it's quite obviously a bandaid is being put on the issues. Now, Driveway wants me to get with the dealership to make arrangements to take it back to the shop!!! TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!! LEMON! LEMON! LEMON!!!
