My husband and I used this place because he is out of town a lot and the time to shop for a car is hard to come by. We found a car - promised multiple delivery dates. Oh and the stress of them telling us our cell verification was 200 miles from home had to have a manager call but never did, forgetting the details of job changes, our income was not verified via W-2’s. We couldn’t secure the car without a deposit RIGHT away. We got 3 different dates for “pickup” of the car and none of those were true. Scheduled delivery from a local dealership and well I took an hour off of work to be here and it’s not here. Got 2 emails and a text for delivery - nothing. Called the local Lithia dealership and they can’t find the car. So shocking. Stay away from this place! They promise everything and deliver trash. Sitting here just wondering what the car is going to be like…probably infested with needles and has a salvage title. This place is a joke. More

Worst car buying experience of my life. They were detailed and communicative all throughout the process until I gave them my money. As soon as that happened it was like pulling teeth to get a hold of them. The process of attempting to register my car has been a nightmare. They told me I would have to get temp tags and then they would take care of the rest. I went to the DMV (on my only day off) armed with "all the paperwork I would need" to get my temp tags. This was of course a lie as Driveway failed to secure the title to my car. After contacting them about this they completely ignored that failure and instead told me that to get my permanent registration I would need to get a VIN inspection. This was of course never communicated to me. I asked how I was expected to go to a VIN inspection with an unregistered car and they told me to illegally drive there to get it done. Absolute joke of a company. I'm half wondering if i have a lawsuit on my hands. Literally the worst option to buy a car available. More
