Hi Jon, We were able to connect with our supervisor Mike who provided insight into your experience. The Toyota you were interested in was an inbound unit. Our selling store was going to inform him when it arrived on site at which point it would be uploaded to our website so Tanya can help you proceed with a transaction. A formal application or documents were never received from you because all parties were still waiting for a green light from the store. It was a pre-commitment inquiry. This is simply not true. The vehicle as been at the dealer since June 30th and the dealer has been trying to upload the vehicle to "Driveway". The problem is nobody at Driveway knows how to do anything. Heck, the information you've provided is completely wrong... Tanya has the email from the dealer on June 30th that includes a picture of the car at the lot... and just yesterday both her and Mike were telling me the car hasn't been delivered to the lot yet. You're a terrible company.
