I have contacted driveway several times including the personal cell phone to the manager that reached out to me in April. No one have provided me or my financial company an update or has even returned our many of phone calls on this time sensitive matter. Both myself and my financial company have been reaching out for 2 full weeks via phone and email with no response. I have been reaching out for months with very little response. This is beginning to be a legal issue at this point.

They have assigned themselves to your case and will be the best person to answer any questions you have from this point on. A check request for 2 vehicle payments has been sent in and they have written a letter for you to give to your apartment in the hopes they will not tow your vehicle.
