Car shopping can be a really stressful thing to do; especially when my credit isn’t as good as I would like it to be. That being said, using Driveway.com was really simple and the customer service was especially when my credit isn’t as good as I would like it to be. That being said, using Driveway.com was really simple and the customer service was awesome, namely Carter. He was awesome as a person, and a salesman. He took a lot of the stress away by pointing us toward the trucks that fit our budget and expectations. He was timely in his responses and phone calls, and as long as he is employed, our next car purchase will be with Driveway and we will be asking for Carter personally. If you see this, my fiancé and I would like to thank you for your help and we are very excited for our new truck. More
