Thank you to Lacey, another truly phenomenal Driveway employee! I previously gave a 5-star review to Driveway, based purely on the purchase and delivery experience...specifically about the team of var employee! I previously gave a 5-star review to Driveway, based purely on the purchase and delivery experience...specifically about the team of various people that assisted me. Unfortunately, a mere 12 days after receiving my vehicle, it was impacted in a hit-and run. Fortunately it was repairable, but took nearly three months awaiting replacement parts, which delayed my ability to register it in my state. As such, this 5-star review is to specifically compliment and thank Lacey at Driveway, who was assigned to facilitate my registration process. She has been absolutely phenomenal, patient, kind, thoughtful, thorough, and proactive throughout the entire delayed process. She has repeatedly gone out of her way, truly above and beyond every possible expectation I could ever have, to ensure that my vehicle was properly registered as quickly and efficiently as possible. I have been absolutely floored, in nothing but the most positive ways, at what a dedicated, focused, diligent professional she is. She has exemplified one of the very finest, impressive customer service experiences I've ever had in my life.
