An extraordinary team you can be proud of -- many companies could benefit from following your tight integration. At each step of the way I was told what was happening and why, who I was handed off companies could benefit from following your tight integration. At each step of the way I was told what was happening and why, who I was handed off to for the next step (always with a name), and what to expect next. Full ownership of the process by the team. Paperwork was sent & returned in about 24 hrs., and the gentleman who photographed the car on the lot took the time to point out EVERY blemish (not a lot for a 13-year-old car) -- 50 pictures total for less than a dozen scratches & the usual features shots, and even a video of the AIRMATIC suspension in action. Car has just been released for transport & I am fully confident it will arrive in 5-star shape, and should I need another car this is where I will come. More

Quick Story: Was on the way to Acura of Sherman Oaks to retrieve the 2020 Mercedes GLC 300, when I was met with a plethora of traffic, pushing my arrival back almost a full hour. I reached the dealership and received a phone call from BMW. The rest is history as they were able to deal with the credit issues and help me purchase a 23’ X3 Sport w/Dealer + Extended Warranty, Service Package & more on a vehicle that has only 30k miles on it. Although I ended up getting a car from elsewhere, those individuals really put me and my needs FIRST, and made sure that I was taken care of well Again, thank you to the individuals listed in this review as they were SUPERB the entire process.
