Lidia M. was very attentive at making sure that customers are happy with the purchase. If I owned a business, I would hire her in a heart beat. If you own a business, steal her from Driveway. Driveway is lucky to have her as an employee. The car is a used car. The radiator fan made noise after 60 days from the day I signed the purchasing paper work and needed to be replaced. Driveway only guarantees to fix it within 60 days from the signing date, not from the delivery date. Lidia worked with the warrantee department at Driveway to have the date counted from the delivery date and have my car fixed at no cost. I'm a happy camper. More
