I was helped by several people who all did a wonderful job at helping me acquire my perfect vehicle! Patrick helped me beginning to end walking me through the process and finding me vehicles within my bud job at helping me acquire my perfect vehicle! Patrick helped me beginning to end walking me through the process and finding me vehicles within my budget and ultimately the vehicle I really wanted. He helped with getting me financed and was great at communicating with me. From there Lindsay helped with finalizing everything and getting the documents back to her she was patient with me when I was becoming impatient and trying to rush things. She followed up and was understanding through out the whole process. Cheyenne was one of the dispatchers and helped with scheduling delivery and again was excellent at being patient with me as well. We had a little hiccup and delay at pickup/delivery and this is where I was becoming frustrated she assured me that they wanted the vehicle in good condition for me and that the delay wouldn’t be long. I had my doubts still and from there I spoke to Christina Mogford about the issue and the delay and explained my situation to her as well because I didn’t have a vehicle and was needing it as quickly as possible. & she was quick to get the problem resolved and coordinated with everyone to get me my vehicle. Michael Martinez at Howdy Honda as well for getting the minor issue expedited and fixed quickly and communicating with me throughout the end process. I love my car! More
