I bought a Lexus. Car was beautiful. I needed to return because of issues with my back and the seats being a little firm for me. Very hard to get people to respond whe Car was beautiful. Lidia Martinez in customer service was wonderful and once I got connected to her I got the help I needed. A bit painful in the middle. Lots of folks calling me when they wanted my money, but slow on the uptake when it was time to return. More
