I am a very picky shopper so suffice it to say it took me many, many months of looking online and in town before I finally found my vehicle at Driveway.com. When I nervously contacted Driveway, Jordan got the process started and Eli smoothed out all of the kinks and made sure that everything was in place for me and that any small concerns were heard and handled. Billy at Acertus was very helpful with Delivery. Some customers experienced delays in receiving the title, but my title arrived 3 weeks later, which was sooner than I expected. I am elated that I didn't get in my own way and let fear of the unknown stop me from making the best decision ever. My vehicle is beautiful and is practically a new used vehicle. It had low miles, a limited warranty, and costed less than the local dealership that I thought was a bargain. So um yes, I am through the roof happy! Thank you Eli for setting the standard for how customers should be treated and for how we should feel after the process is completed. I feel ecstatic and proud of my beautiful, beautiful ride!!! After a rough start with some issues getting my car to me in a timely manner I drove to pick it up. I was reimbursed my delivery charge rather quickly and worked with customer service to get broken air vents in a timely manner I drove to pick it up. Eli worked quickly to get the cost of the parts and installation covered. Phillip also really went above and beyond to get everything settled with the initial issues I was facing. Hopefully my car lasts me forever, but if it doesn't is consider using them again. More

I made a down payment on a car, and they sold it to someone else! On top of that they wouldn't refund my down payment ($2,200). Had to reach out to my bank to dispute the charges.
