I do not recommend buying from Driveway. After our car was delivered, we were given temporary tags with the promise they would arrange VIN verification, title transfer, and registration. (In their website they clearly state they will handle registration in whatever state you live.) Not only did they not do any of these tasks, but every time we tried calling to ask for updates, we spoke to a different person who clearly knew nothing about the issue or how to help. I couldn’t register the car myself because I didn’t have a title. Ultimately I called the original seller directly to handle the issue, and I was told Driveway should have called another dealer entirely to handle the matter. My tags will expire without having updated registration, and nobody at Driveway has any level of urgency to help me. This company clearly does not care about whether you can drive the car legally once they have your money. They are crooks. They clearly don’t train their staff or give their staff the support to do their jobs. Every person you speak to at this company is a body, planted to waste your time and make you think something is being done on your behalf. More

Like lots of people my family is very busy! Driveway was very simple and easy to work with. I spent less then 1/2 hour to submit my photos and paperwork that were required to get an offer on Driveway was very simple and easy to work with. Probably so but this was painless and suprisenly quick from start to finish.
