Agents really followed up throughout process of purchasing new car. However, couldn't get immediate help with problems, had to call over and over for response. Did clear problem though. My sales agent Imani was incredible. She went over and beyond during this entire transaction. She stayed late, she followed up, and was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I purchased an IS 350 F sport with a sunroof and no damage. What I received was a IS 350 F sport with no sunroof and damage to the front passenger side fender and rim. I did a trade-in as well and they did not deliver the car to my house like explained. I had to pick it up from a local dealer which told us they had no order to pick up the trade in. It’s now five days later and my trade-in is still sitting at my house. I’m extremely disappointed about the sunroof and the damage and yes I can send the car back but at my cost. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle without seeing it first. I gave three stars merely because my representative Imani was outstanding. More

Very poor communication. And it took longer than 14 days to get the car. After they got the money, I had to initiate everything as far as communication. And they gave me a 12 day tag, so now I have to hid to get the car. After they got the money, I had to initiate everything as far as communication. I can say the fast same day minutes later approval was good tho. More
