My experience with Driveway themselves was overall pretty good, but I had issues with the dealerships they contracted with. I got my car back in November and didn’t receive temporary plates from the dealers good, but I had issues with the dealerships they contracted with. I got my car back in November and didn’t receive temporary plates from the dealership. They said I’d receive them within 10 days but after 1 month I still hadn’t gotten them. I reached out to Driveway about the issue and they got back to me very quickly and were able to figure out the problem (the dealership had dropped the ball on including one of the forms in the contract) and get the necessary form overnighted to me fairly quickly, which I was impressed with. However, I still don’t have my plates or proof of registration and have had the car for about 3 months. Very frustrating and is becoming increasingly stressful, as I have to drive for work, and am constantly wondering when I’m going to get pulled over (I still have the generic dealership plates on the car). Long story short: Driveway themselves are good, but the dealership they contracted with for my specific purchase sucks. More
