A few cons but overall happy with the car purchase! There was a mess up on the paper work, we waites over 3 hours for our car due to improper communication. Just for the car to have a dead battery and There was a mess up on the paper work, we waites over 3 hours for our car due to improper communication. Just for the car to have a dead battery and messed up tail lights. We were told they would fix any issues but they didn't. It also felt the dealer ship didn't really want to deal with us, they didn't ask us many questions, just gave us the papers to sign and told us nothing. Rachel was amazing over the phone and dealing with which car and all the documents (other than misspelling my last name). We could have gotten the car in a single day! (I forgot to respond to an email which made it take longer) More

Driveway is hands down the best way to purchase or sell a vehicle. I have worked with them 4 times over the years and the process has always been so smooth that I don't ever see myself purchasing a car from vehicle. I have worked with them 4 times over the years and the process has always been so smooth that I don't ever see myself purchasing a car from a brick and mortar dealership. Leisha was the representative that helped me and she was amazing. When it comes to making a big purchase like a vehicle, you expect great customer service and Leisha does exactly that. I NEVER felt like I had to be constantly reaching out because I was lost in the process or like I felt that I wasn't getting helped as much as I should have. She was quick to respond, attentive, and always friendly. I never felt like I was being rushed off the phone as if she had more important sales. I like things done quickly and she matched my speed to get the ball rolling quickly while also setting a realistic expectation. Ask for Leisha, you wont be disappointed. More
