I am writing this letter to express my complete satisfaction with Frivers World, but more so my satisfaction with Rob Williams. My most recent trip to see Rob was to purchase my second car from him satisfaction with Frivers World, but more so my satisfaction with Rob Williams. My most recent trip to see Rob was to purchase my second car from him. I also accompanied my sister to buy a car from him in February. Rob is not about making the "big bucks", but to please the customer and listen to their needs and wants. Rob has always been the only sales associate that we will see when we go into Driver's World. He is friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. He is driven by the customers satisfaction and that is a new concept for me while purchasing a vehicle. I specifically called Rob and told him what we aere looking for and before we made it to the lot he had the car ready and waiting for us. He took the time to answer all of our questions and handles the entire process with extreme proffessionalism. We consider Rob Williams a part of our family at Driver's World and will continue to purchase cars from him and refer all of our friends and family to him personally. Both of our sons have purchased from Drivers World in the past so when the engine on our Camry "blew", we checked the internet and called DW and talked to Vicki Abbott. She was courteous and willing to help.We described our needs/finances and Vicki found the car for us.There were some minor problems with the car (afterall it was USED) but she worked diligently to earn our trust and ,most of all, respect. The final product: a sale for Vicki and very satisfied customers.We feel we have made a new friend. Chris in Finance was helpful, non-pressuring and able to get us in-and-out very quickly.I have always hated the experience of "buying" a car but our experience at Drivers World was as "painless" as possible. Josh was eager to answer any of my questions and give me the best information possible. Truly just an overall great person. Personnel is very rude. Called ones, asking for the price quote. Was told that one of the cars I was interested in was sold. I asked about the other one. Woman said that it cost "69". Couple of days later my husband called them again not knowing that I already did. They told him that BOTH cars we're interested in are for sale, come and drive. Those cars are also listed on their website. It looks like website never gets updated. After a short conversation a young man assured my husband that the car is available. Today my husband took time off from work and drove 50 minuted one way just to find out that the car he was going to see was sold a long time ago. Not even a couple of days ago. And he talked to a representative just before he left and asked again if car is there and the guy said "sure". When he arrived to a dealership, young man was nowhere to be found. What a great way to keep an appointment! A guy sitting in the office told my husband that sales guys "don't know nothing". Driver's World is such a frustration for us! We will never recommend it to our friends! More

I went looking for a used dodge ram 1500 and found nothing but problems. I walk into drivers world and found the place empty no one at the front desk and no one in sight so after walking around for ab nothing but problems. I walk into drivers world and found the place empty no one at the front desk and no one in sight so after walking around for about ten minutes we where approached by a nice older man I forgot his name. He helped my wife and I locate the vechicle we looked up on their website. He told us the dodge ram was just serviced and was in a different lot. I test drove the dodge ram that is when I started to find problems I found they put a inspection sticker on it and it was going to auction. The sales rep was as helpfull as he could be I give him a thumbs up but the dealship manager was rude. We found the truck only had one of the four windows working (safety issue no1 w/ new inspection sticker) I even made a reasonable offer and they rudely refused and rushed us out the door. I understand the year and high miles puts a lot of wear and tear on a car or truck. When you treat my wife and I like fools you end up with me voicing my opinion on the internet. Thank you. Jessica was friendly and informal, it was like buying a car from an old friend. She did not pressure us in the least bit, and in fact assisted us in narrowing our search, as we were wavering between a van, car from an old friend. There was no "sales pitch" that if we did not buy the car on the spot, we might regret it, and lose "the deal of the year". Twice we went to Drivers' World with our 4 year old son in tow, and he ran straight to the kids play area, and Jessica even watched him while we walked the lot and discussed privately our options. We will be calling Jess again in a few months when the time comes to trade in our other car. More
