Eric was very professional and friendly. He was able to help us and in between able to help other customers while we waited for various things like credit reports, financing options. Eric helped to convince me. I didn’t know that Drivers World was a no haggle, what you see is what you get kind of dealership, but I still thought the price was fair for the 2009 Ford Flex with all the features that it has. Financing was simple and easy. Eric made sure I understood the whole process before signing papers. Overall it was a smooth process to buy a vehicle from Drivers World. I would recommend people, especially if Eric is their salesman. I have recently had to contact Eric about getting a couple small electrical things look at like the rear defroster and memory seats. He was very helpful and told me who to contact. He followed up afterwards to make sure I didn’t have any problems with scheduling an appointment. More

Customer service was very great. Frank was a great salesman who sold to my needs and not his or the dealerships. His quality of work was the best i could ask for.
