Completely disrespectful. Charged for work not completed and when caught acted like it was no big deal. Bobbie Jo was very helpful with showing us vehicles that we were interested in and quickly brought us to check out the car we originally came to see, as it was over at Chekered Flag. I had an awesome experience working with C.D. at Driver's World. I was a few hours away but was looking at a used vehicle on their lot and C.D. gave a very accurate description of the vehicle as well as tes World. We had a positive experience with Driver's World from the moment we walked in the door. We came only to browse the lot and get an idea of what kind of car we were interested in, with no thoughts of actually moment we walked in the door. We certainly did not want any pushy salesperson bothering us while we were looking around. Vicki Flores greeted us when we came in and walked us out to the lot, pointed us in the right direction and said she'd leave us alone. But we had a couple of questions, and then started talking with her, and right away we just clicked! She was not aggressive, not pushy - just helpful, friendly, informative, and very accommodating. Before we knew it, we found the perfect car, at a terrific price, and our search was over. We ended up buying a beautiful Lexus with no hassle, no pressure and no fuss, thanks to Vicki and the Driver's World personnel. It was really a pleasant surprise for two people who tend to be suspicious of car dealers and car salespeople's ulterior motives.
