The initial interaction was informative and efficient but it took entirely too long to complete the deal, meaning completion of the paperwork. I also was not happy with the time it took to follow up with me via email after I left the dealership. I asked that someone from finance call me about the extended warranty program, but I have not heard back from anyone. I am still without an owner's manual and not clear on whether I am going to receive one. The salesman informed me today, after I had to call him back, that the service manager had not gotten back to him yet. Some focus on customer service "after the sale" would have gone a long way with me. I am assuming that asking for this type of feedback, is in an effort to improve your company so I hope this feedback helps. I was able to have a positive experience with Frank Mullikin on three different occasions. The first two times i met him, he was able to help two of my friends find themselves a car that represented ea Mullikin on three different occasions.
