I had been putting off looking for a car because the task seemed so daunting. I had been driving the same car my parents bought me when I was 17 so it was kind of a big deal for me to go out and buy a car on seemed so daunting. Having done some research, I knew exactly what I wanted and Drivers World had it. As we all know, when buying a used car there will always be things that the customer points out. The windshield wipers were very noisy. I went back three times for the wipers and alignment. They cleaned the windshield and that helped. Having had bad experiences with buying cars before, I was apprehensive going into it again. But one person pulled me back: Frank Mullikin. He is the best sales person I have ever met. He was patient, informative, and friendly. He was determined to find my wife and I the perfect car, rather than try to push us at something. He took us to the other Checkered Flag lots to test drive cars there. And when our perfect car presented itself, he walked us through our purchase clean and quick. He got me the amount I was looking for from my trade. I strongly recommend anyone in need of a car to come to Dealers World and deal with Frank. You will NOT be disappointed, in fact, you'll be recommending him to others =) More

i was very very disapointed. we were called on thursday for a vehicle that was for sale. we allowed them to work to try and obtain the truck we waited almost 12 hours only to be told that we could not be f for a vehicle that was for sale. we allowed them to work to try and obtain the truck we waited almost 12 hours only to be told that we could not be finaced. Friday morning at 9:30 am. I recieved a call from Lance explaining to me that i needed to make a call to 2 lenders for a interview. upon completion of the interview the lender informed me that he would have an answer to drivers world in 30 min. it was over 3 hours before we heard anything. at 4 pm we got a call from Lance that everything was done i informed him that i had a very important engagement to be at by 6 pm so i asked if we could do this sat morning. i was told no, they were not allowed to hold vehicles over night. however thursday they held another vehicle for us till friday. Lance told us everything would be done when we got there we would sign and drive. after arriving at around 6 pm we finally walked out with our new vehicle at a little after 9 pm in that time we had to come up with personal information that required us to use DW's computer, not that information is on your computer, we had to wait on a person who went to lunch leaving us sitting waiting and missing a function that was designed to build trust and confidence in the very people that work for me. i think enough has been said. and no never would i encourage someone to go to Drivers World. More

I had a great experience with the dealership. The whole team worked together to get me what i needed. The only thing i had a problem with is the kids room i had my son and they tv and games and all that di team worked together to get me what i needed. Our experience with Driver's World was awesome! We had negative equity on our car, not the best credit history and needed our payments to be in a certain price range.
