Bad experience We were promised things that were not followed through with. Promises of a "like" new car but what we got was a cracked windshield. We were promised a second key. Took two months to get. Service center and customer service was lacking all the way around. I would not recommend them at all. More

Easy day Driver's World actually is everything Carmax promises to be. I was shopping for two months before I stopped in to get a quote for my trade, and Linda Driver's World actually is everything Carmax promises to be. I was shopping for two months before I stopped in to get a quote for my trade, and Linda Hummel ended up finding me exactly what I'd been searching for at thousands less than what I found around town. Then, they gave me 3 times what Carmax offered for my trade. I don't mind the haggle of traditional dealerships if it gets me a great price, but I got a great price for both the trade and my car without issues. Linda was great, I'm a huge p.i.t.a. to salesmen, and she handled it with grace. I've already referred friends to her, and personally wouldn't shop for a car again without stopping here first. More
