Excellent service and great overall experience I found a great Lexus SC430 listed on Driver's World website. When I went for a test drive, I was received by Clifford Morris, a really great Product I found a great Lexus SC430 listed on Driver's World website. When I went for a test drive, I was received by Clifford Morris, a really great Product Specialist. He welcomed me and walk me to his desk. After briefly going over their negotiation free process, which really made me feel at ease, he let me take out the car for a test drive by myself. The car drove beautifully without any problems. I can see why they let you take a car for spin on your own. It says a lot for the quality of their inventory. Other dealers that I visited, usually had a sales rep next to me during the test drive. I was also very comfortable through the purchase process. I bought the car on my business name and they were able to handle all the paperwork very promptly and professionally. Throughout the whole experience I felt as if I was around very close friends. That feeling multiplied when I reunited with a very old acquaintance (Reginald Dildy) who is Product Specialist at Driver's World and whom I had not seen for at least 20 years. More

Appreciate everything Xavier did in the whole process. If you need a car go see Xavier he will take care of you. Also James a team leader was great and reassured me the next day about concerns I had about the Nissan Sentra's cvt transmission. He checked with service dept, called Nissan dealership with concerns and even offered to drain and change fluid if I still had concerns. Have to say, James made me feel comfortable about my purchase and I highly recommend this dealership if your in the market for another car. I will be back for my next vechicle for sure! More
