Hi Nathan. We do hate that you've experienced issues with the vehicle you purchased from us back in 2021. It was an older and inexpensive Volkswagen with over 100K miles at the time of purchase. In addition to encouraging our guests to get a second opinion from a mechanic they trust prior to purchasing any of our "As-Is" vehicles, we also offered you an extended warranty that you chose not to get.
