Initially I truly believed that I enjoyed a pleasant sales experience and purchased a quality vehicle from a trusted and reliable reseller. As it turns out however, what I learned is that I was deceive sales experience and purchased a quality vehicle from a trusted and reliable reseller. As it turns out however, what I learned is that I was deceived and instead purchased a vehicle with what manufacturer service records indicate to have four times as many miles as what the vehicle odometer read at time of purchase. I’m not sure I can think of a more unethical way to sell a vehicle from anything other than the run of the mill, county roadside gavel lot, shady used car dealer. It is inexcusable and abhorrent to walk into a sparkling shiny building with several acres of clean, late model low mile vehicles, only to discover post-purchase that I was in fact deceived in the most unscrupulous manner. Manufacturer/dealer service records, with several entries from multiple sources prove that Drivers Way executed what I consider to be the single greatest unethical deception in used vehicle sales; altered odometer mileage. This is akin to stealing my money from right under my nose, and my feelings about Drivers Way and how I was deceived are identical to such an immoral act of theft. More
