I am a return custoemr to Driver's Way. I worked with Jesie West through my application/approval process, and she was awesome to work with. I had chosen and applied to purchase a Honda Civic, but when I went back to the Driver's Way website to look at the Civic again, I saw a Honda Accord I wanted to look over and test drive. I called Matt and talked to him about it. He said it was at the Hwy 280 location, but that he would go over and bring it to the Pelham location for me, and it was there waiting on me when I arrived. On top of that I had also called and asked him if I could move my appointment up to earlier in the day. His attitude was sure, no problem. The closing process was a breeze. Matt was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and made the entire process stress free for me. I will recommend him and Driver's way to my family and friends. More
