I started my new used vehicle search at the Inverness/Greystone location late on a Friday afternoon, Labor Day weekend. . Joe Coogan assisted me. I found 3 possibilities that night. I had wanted to see a Toyota 4 Runner that was at the Pelham location. Joe graciously offered to have the vehicle brought to Inverness store the next morning. I was honest with Joe telling him I would be looking the next day, all day at other dearlerships also. My goal was to make a decision by the end of my next day. I was extremely stressed with the pressure I put on myself to make a choice in 24 hours. As promised, Joe had the 4 Runner by a agreed time. I loved the vehicle, but I felt that I owed it to myself to look further not knowing what else might be available. To make a very long and hard day more aggravating, ALL of the other dealerships were not interested in what I wanted, they were ALL more concerned with their end of month bonuses based on what they could sell a single lady making decisions alone. The sales people with the other dealership were pushing hard on selling me a new vehicle based on their end of month quotas and deals. Well, that made it very easy to call Joe back and head right over to Driver Way and decide!!! My trade in was generous and my choice was simplified. The story doesn't end there. It was a holiday weekend so I had 3 days to bring the vehicle back with any concerns. The new vehicle had a bit of a vibration in the tires, so I brought it back in to have it checked. I was immediately given a loaner by Kirk and was on my way to work. Later in the day, the call came in from Joe telling me that all 4 tires were replaced with new at no charge....and that, my friends is real service and value. I choose Drivers Way because I love the no haggle pricing, added extended warranty and the ease of all the available assistance . I am beyond pleased and highly recommend Drivers Way. Joe made purchasing a car painless and efficient. I was amazed at the quality of customer service and the quick time it took to get my car appraised. After a few test drives of different cars, I had made my choice for a Honda Odyssey. I absolutely LOVE it. It was in excellent shape and being a year old, still had the "new car" smell. Knowing the reputable name of a Honda, I look forward to driving it for the next 5 years, as I had driven my last Honda Odyssey. Joe was excellent and appeared very knowledgable. He was professional and did not put any pressure on me to purchase anything. I was impressed with his level of service and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a new car. I plan to spread his name to friends and family. He also made it an easy trip for me to go to the DMV office. Everything I needed was in an envelope, and despite the long line at the DMV office, it was nice knowing I had all the paperwork required to transfer the tag. I had been looking to move up to a larger truck for several months. After having a couple of disappointing experiences with traditional dealerships, I decided to give Driver's Way a try. I showed-up on a Saturday afternoon with no advance communication and was met by Anthony Hardin. Anthony was very friendly and since I already knew what vehicle I wished to see, he promptly gave me the keys and sent me on my way for a test drive. Upon return, he had the appraisal for my trade ready and the offer was $500 higher than I had received from other dealers. From start to finish, the whole process took about 2 hours and I was driving the new truck away. While many traditional dealers appear to be going back to the high pressure sales tactics and pricing games, Driver's Way is very straight forward. While they do not negotiate on price, their vehicles are extremely clean, priced reasonably and at least in my case, the trade offer made the sale easy. If in the market for a vehicle, I would definitely recommend giving Driver's Way a look. More
