We were lied to and totally ripped off!!!! We went here to buy a car for our daughter. We spent $7,000 on a 2005 Honda Hybrid. We read that the battery would be expensive to replace so we ask We went here to buy a car for our daughter. We spent $7,000 on a 2005 Honda Hybrid. We read that the battery would be expensive to replace so we asked JOE COOGAN, the salesperson, about us and he said it was out lucky day because the battery had been replaced! 10 months and 6,000 miles later the car broke down. The battery, the engine and the transmission were all shot! We went back to them to see if there was anything they could do for us and basically had the door slammed in our faces. We asked about them giving us some sort of credit to be used to purchase another vehicle and the answer was NO! So we paid $7,000 to drive a vehicle 6,000 miles. If you want to be LIED TO and TREATED LIKE DIRT you should go to Driversway! More

Great experience selling my car I purchased a car from CarMax and was planning on trading-in my current car. When CarMax's appraisal came in lower than I was hoping, I decided to get I purchased a car from CarMax and was planning on trading-in my current car. When CarMax's appraisal came in lower than I was hoping, I decided to get an appraisal from Driver's Way as well. Their appraisal was $900 more than CarMax and the process could not have been easier. They did not have the make/model in-stock that I was after so I still made my purchase from CarMax but sold my current car to Driver's Way. I was not pressured to purchase a car at all. The selling experience took around 30 minutes and I only had to sign a few forms. The experience was so positive I'll be checking Driver's Way first for my future purchases. More

We were met at the door by Bruno, who asked us a couple of questions to determine what we wanted to look at. The very first SUV we walked up to had everything we were looking for! We continued to look at other models for comparison purposes - even took a test drive (by ourselves) in a GMC before taking the Edge on a test drive. We liked being able to take the cars out without the added pressure of a salesperson with us... It just makes sense from a consumer standpoint. Bruno walked us through the relatively short process of buying the vehicle. Overall I would recommend this process of purchasing a car and thank Bruno for his assistance. More
