This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Driver's Way and 2nd from Mark Higgins. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Driver's Way in handling our situation. Mark specifically was great! H Way and 2nd from Mark Higgins. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Driver's Way in handling our situation. Mark specifically was great! He is a prompt at answering any questions we had, never made us feel pressured or rushed, and was genuine throughout the entire process. Buying a used vehicle can be frustrating, but our salesman and the entire staff made it easy. We will definitely be looking at Driver's Way again the next time we need a vehicle. More

Sales team is very friendly and for 1 month I was able to drive the vehicle. After that it was a total nightmare. For months 2 and 3 my purchase was at the manufacturer being repaired. According to FCA and t drive the vehicle. After that it was a total nightmare. For months 2 and 3 my purchase was at the manufacturer being repaired. According to FCA and the dealership service department the issue was a slow leak in the IC which in their opinion meant when I purchased the vehicle from DW it already had a problem. I tried discussing this with DW management but quickly found out DW was claiming zero responsibility. Not trusting the purchase and worried about future DW management support if I did I problems i sold the vehicle, for a loss. This by far is the worse experience I have been through when purchasing a vehicle. DW has definitely lost me as a customer. More
