Have you ever wanted to get you wife something that she picked out without her having any idea that she was really going to get it. Well, the sales people at Drivers Way on Highway 280 helped pull this off without a hitch. First I talked with Kirk over the phone about a car my wife had seen on their website, but I never met him after that because of his days off. The other sales people helped me and treated me as if I was the only customer in the world. Thanks to Matt, who I explained what I wanted to do and he helped pull it off, for staying late and showing us the car, (and his wife who let him stay late) for keeping a secret and not letting my wife know I had already talked with him several times the day before. Thanks to Joe that covered for Matt who covered for Kirk the day we went to look at the car. Thanks to Tim who covered for Joe, who covered for Matt who covered for Kirk the day I went without my wife to fill out the paper work. Everyone was great! I have never had 4 salesmen sell me a car, but I kinda like it, and I think they had fun keeping the secret. Thanks, everyone. More

Third and Final purchase from Driver's Way My initial experience with Driver's Way was great. However, the last purchase ( 2012 Infiniti G25 ) was a disappointment. It took over two weeks for them to obtain floor mats for the vehicle which had been apparently misplaced by the detail shop. When we received the floor mats....they were for a G37 and had the G37 logo. That in itself was not a huge issue. However, I was buying the car for my sons graduation gift and expected it to be in excellent condition after going through their "inspection process". Today I found out that the vehicles tires ( polished to look new at the time of sale ) are dry rotted and need to be replaced immediately. Replacement costs is not the issue. Putting my sons life at risk to increase profit margin is an issue. More

Courteous and Professional I recently bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Eugene Zinger at Drivers Way. It was my first visit to the dealership, although I had known of it for sev I recently bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Eugene Zinger at Drivers Way. It was my first visit to the dealership, although I had known of it for several years. During the process, I dealt with two other salespersons there. All were courteous, helpful, and professional. I like the way they do business and the respect and deference that salespersons show one another. Everyone I encountered seemed genuinely interested in the quality of the customer's experience. The ease of use of their web site simply adds t the quality of the experience. I will likely buy my daughter a car in next summer, and as a result of my experience, Eugene and Drivers Way will likely be my first contact. More

Best of the best I had been searching for a particular car for several months. I started having to expand my search and finally found the car I wanted, but it was 145 I had been searching for a particular car for several months. I started having to expand my search and finally found the car I wanted, but it was 145 miles away at Drivers Way. I called late on a Saturday evening and spoke with Eugene. He explained they had just gotten the car and it was dirty and hadn't had the 240 point inspection. My wife and I drove over on that Sunday to look at it and test drive it. We liked the car, but there was a scuff about the size of a quarter on the rear wheel well. I told Eugene I like it, but I can't buy it with that mark on it. Eugene explained that they wouldn't sell it that way and that it would be repaired. Now came the problem of the distance between us. We really didn't want to have to make another 290 mile round trip to pick the car up once it was inspected and repaired. Eugene said they would deliver the car. So after the inspection and repair was done (Eugene sent a text with pictures of the repaired area), Eugene delivered the car and we completed the paperwork at my home. The story and service gets even better. When it was delivered and Eugene opened the trunk to show us how to work the convertible, there were several pieces of broken glass in the trunk. We cleaned it out and didn't give it another thought until we put the top back up and there was more glass in the trunk. After a few days of this happening each time the top was put back up, the roof ended up with three scratch marks (we assume from the broken glass). Drivers Way came and picked the car up, left a loaner and repaired the roof and delivered the car again. Eugene and Drivers Way have earned first shot at all my future vehicle purchases. Their service has been above and beyond any dealership and salesperson I've ever dealt with. Thank you very much Eugene. Scott More
