Quick, simple and easy process I was in the market for a '12+ Acura TL AWD. I was referred to Carmax, of which had great service and knowledgeable staff. I knew which car I wanted so that was the easy part but I know nothing about financing a car so I was a bit anxious. Mike Neel was my salesman and he was absolutely perfect. He has many years of experience and a great deal of patience as well. Mike worked with me, my credit rating, and my budget to find the best interest rate possible and my ideal monthly payment. I also got a great deal on vehicle maintenance warranty since my car no longer qualifies for the manufacturer's. As luck would have it, they had the car I was looking for: A 2013 Camaro Convertible. I sent an email requesting info. Anthony Hardin and his team responded immediately. Anthony set me up with Daniel Sullivan, and from the moment of introduction, I felt at ease. Daniel showed me the car, then handed me the keys for a solo test drive. After about an hour or so driving the car around, I knew I wanted to pursue the purchase. Daniel and Anthony made the entire transaction not only effortless, but a lot of fun. The easy rapport, smiles, and conversation not only set me at ease, but created a strong sense of trust. I walked out a few hours later owning a car I was proud to drive, and feeling extremely well taken care of by a team of caring professionals.
