We are, and have always been, a One Price Dealership and there has never been haggling on the price of the vehicle. We are definitely happy that the Inventory Manager's pre-set pricing schedule allowed for the vehicle to be reduced while you were still in the market. These decisions are not made simply because someone shows interest in a vehicle. The date of a potential price drop is set well in advance in accordance to how long it's been in our inventory. You are correct that time is money, which is why it's time that dictates the price drop, not people, level of interest or any other factor. There was no dancing on our end. We sincerely appreciate your business and certainly hope you're enjoying your vehicle!

Thank you for the feedback. We are happy to say that this has been resolved and you now have your payoff difference. It is our policy to not release funds on a vehicle with a payoff until we receive the title from the lender. In your case, we were waiting on the title from Infiniti. We sent the check to Infiniti Financial on 01/25/2016 and cut a check to you on 1/28/2016, which was held until we received the title. We are very sorry if that was not communicated to you at the time you traded your vehicle in. Our title clerk called you to let you know as soon as we received the title from Infiniti, and she put your check in the mail the next day. We sincerely apologize for the confusion, and thank you for taking the time to share this with us.
