It took a little longer than we expected but some of that time was for finding a low interest rate (0.5% lower than our bank's low rate). The sales person was new to Drivers Way but was well informed about the car (Prius) and was actually fun to deal with. This was our second purchase from Drivers Way and, if we're in the market again, it probably won't be our last. (The process was a little disorganized - they could use more office space for their staff). More
