Best car buying experience ever! I reviewed their website and found the car I was looking for, a 2013 Scion Tc. My son and I went in and walked the lot and found the car. We didn't get swamped by any salesman as we walked the lot, which I really loved. We were able to do our thing as a father and son and when we were ready we went right inside and talked to Marshall Glenn. He was extremely helpful and courteous. He helped us through the whole process, even financing. I was going to use my bank for financing, but he assured me he could get us a better rate, and he did. All in all, our experience at Driver's Way was fantastic. I was in and out of there in a matter of a couple of hours. If you want to buy a great car, truck or SUV at a reasonable price, then see Marshall Glenn at the Pelham location and tell him Dennis Wallace recommended him. More

Broken promises and disappointed My wife and I went in on a Saturday afternoon looking for a suv. We were greeted by a nice lady who explained the process and showed us where we could My wife and I went in on a Saturday afternoon looking for a suv. My wife and I test drove several before deciding to return the next day as the one we had seen on the Internet was being driven by the gm and would be available the next day to look at. We came back on Sunday and eventually decided to purchase one that hadn't been through the detail shop yet. We didn't like the wheels on this particular model and asked to have them switched with another vehicle which was approved by the onsite manager. We then went through the paperwork process in which we received approval for financing but it couldn't be official till Monday as there wasn't anyone from the bank to officially approve it on a Sunday. We were told it was ok as we had another loan that was guaranteed but at a higher interest rate and if the first one for some reason didn't get approved we would get a call on Monday. We were promised to get two sets of headphones, a full tank of gas and the car to be detailed and the "ozone" procedure to remove the smoke smell from the car. My wife received a call on Tuesday afternoon that our new purchase was ready to be picked up. On her arrival she checked out the car and noticed the wheels and tires had been changed as promised but no ozone procedure performed as it still smelled like smoke. They hen told her the primary loan wasn't approved but we still had the second one and it was only $50 a month higher. I reluctantly allowed my wife to take the car home as I was out of town. She waited at the dealership while they did The ozone treatment for two hours. She called me when she got home and I asked her about the other promised items and she said it was near empty in gas and no headphones.. I am very disappointed that the promised items were not fulfilled and seriously feel that we were a victim of a scam that deceives their customers just to make a sell. I have purchased numerous cars in my lifetime and this one is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered and would definitely NOT RECOMMEND Drivers Way to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. I should have spent a little more money and purchased a new car where I would have received everything I was promised. I'm debating on returning the car and going somewhere else. More

Another great experience Cannot say enough about the sales crew at the Pelham location. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Allen in the past two years.
