Driver's Way Pelham responded

We assure you this is not okay with us either and we are addressing the situation. We gave you a rate from one lender that was confirmed and not marked up at all. We had a rate that was pending final approval, again not marked up at all, from the lender you ended up using. That lender gives us the guidelines of loan percentage based on a particular credit score and/or rate for that particular situation, and we do not mark those up at all. We have no idea what they did for you while you were speaking to a different department of their bank, we simply gave you exactly what we were given by them. We are happy to provide that documentation for you so you can see for yourself. We are very confused right now because we are simply following their guidelines that they provide us - and your rate or money down requirement should not be different using them through us or going directly to them. We have reached out to our representative with them to resolve this matter because it is unacceptable that they would have us tell you one thing and then a branch representative tell you something different.
