Thank you for the feedback. Edwards Chevrolet did inspect the vehicle twice. They said the Regal has a direct injection engine, and the noise you heard was normal for this engine. We are so glad you were able to take advantage of our 30-day/1,000 mile exchange policy since you have engine knowledge and did not feel comfortable keeping the Regal. That is correct that you have to pay our processing fee of $379.50 for each vehicle if you do an exchange. The reason is because the paperwork still has to be processed each time. We're sorry you had to pay the processing fee again, but we are happy you were not stuck with a vehicle you didn't feel comfortable with. We appreciate your business, and we hope you are enjoying the LaCrosse!
