Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I was in the market for a car due to engine failure in my current car. I am the type of shopper that prefers to ask for assistance only when I need it, and to have a car salesman in my ear, while I'm trying to make a decision, has always left a bad taste in my mouth. My experience with Driver's Way was the complete opposite. I was able to browse without the hassle, and when I was ready to take a test drive, Allen greeted me with a huge smile. The tag team effort of Allen and Heather made my car buying experience worthwhile. Allen was very pleasant and extremely informative on my first visit. He continued to follow up with me via email, and it was his final email (which notified me of a price reduction), that prompted me to purchase the Kia Optima Hybrid. Although he was out of the office on the day of my visit, Heather took the reins and sealed the deal. She was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire transaction. She made sure that I was comfortable with the entire process. The tag team effort of both Allen and Heather is the reason I will be a customer for life!
