It was a good experience. The sales people were helpful and We disn't have to wait very long until someone helped us and showed us on the computer first the cars they had and then we saw the actual car. Since we came late in the day we had to come back the next day to finish up buying the car which was ok. Bruno was off that day but he told us that was his off day.the only criticism I might have would be the next day that they weren't sure who was to work with is to finish the process bit they all work together so we were able to finish the process up the 2nd day in about an hr. We love the suv. More
