Fast, Friendly, and fair. I have been looking for a certain vehicle for several months when I received an online alert that a car matching what I wanted was at Driver's way in I have been looking for a certain vehicle for several months when I received an online alert that a car matching what I wanted was at Driver's way in Pelham about an hour from my home. I called late in the afternoonon Tuesday. I filled out a credit app and entered my trade-in vehicle info online also. Within 15 minutes I received a call from a very nice young lady who answered all of my questions. I asked if the deal on the car could be handled quickly as I had a very important meeting in another state the next day. This same person called back after everything was cleared and told me to come Wednesday to complete the paperwork. Everything was ready when I arrived! They inspected my trade-in, secured a very low interest rate for me and the trade-in was very generous and right where I expected it to be. I was able to complete the paperwork and leave in time for the meeting; (where I was able to make $$ to pay for the car). A great staff, very friendly and warm. No games or behind the door hidden fees or price problems. It was easy and even a bit fun! Thanks to Jesie and Ryan! : ) More
