Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We really appreciate your business almost a year and a half ago. We’re so sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your 2008 Enclave. When we performed our pre-sale inspection in December 2015, as well as when the previous owner had the car serviced here, we did not detect any water leaks. According to our records, we only saw your Buick one time (for an oil change) in our Service Department after you purchased it. If you still have under 69K miles on the odometer, your extended service plan should be in effect (until this December). Perhaps your current troubles are something that would be covered under that plan. You may call our service department at 205-271-6738 to discuss and/or make an appointment. The service plan is also good at any certified mechanic in the US & Canada, if for some reason you are uncomfortable talking with our Service Department. We wish you the best of luck in correcting the concerns with this vehicle.
