He took his time, and he guided us through the process. We finally settled on a Hyundai. He gave me the necessary paperwork to submit to my creditor, and we did not see him again to close the deal until the following Thursday, May 11. I sent him a text message to let him know we were on the way. When my wife and I got there, he had most of the paperwork done. During the middle of signing papers, my wife stopped him to tell him how impressed she was with his professionalism, efficiency and organization in completing the transaction. I have bought a few cars (my third from Driver's Way), and I have never been so impressed with a sales associate. Eugene is truly a blessing to the Driver's Way family.
