Toyota Heaven We got the car we wanted and we really like it. However, the first car they gave us smelled so badly of smoke that we about gagged. I would have been embarassed to have anyone ride in it. We went back and they treated it with something and it still smelled horrible even after a few days. We finally said "enough is enough" and had them find another like vehicle for us. I actually consider it an insult that they would let anyone drive off in a car like that. Fortunately the 280 location is close to where we live so going back and forth and back and forth was not an issue for us. More

Top Knotch Experience Grant went above and beyond. First, he spent an hour searching for a vehicle that was listed on the website that I wanted to look at. Once it was re Grant went above and beyond. Once it was revealed the vehicle was on loan for a pending sale he wasted no time finding comprable trucks for me to look at. He never pressured me. In fact, I left...only to call Grant and ask about a vehicle from the 280 lot. He personally retrieved the vehicle for me and it is now sitting in my driveway. Thorough explanation of everything I signed. He split my paperwork out so I would have exactly what I needed for the DMV in its own envelope. Highly recommend this dealership and using Grant.
