We are very sorry this tough situation has been so frustrating. It is truly unfortunate the circumstances prevented us from being able to accommodate your financial request, however, we sincerely appreciate your repeated business in the past. When you traded the vehicle at a different dealership without giving us the opportunity to examine it ourselves or address your concerns, there was no way for us to verify another company’s claims. As you’re aware, we didn’t detect any previous major damage issues when we performed our inspection in 2014, and the accident information had not been reported to Carfax at that time. We've earned over 40,000 valued customers over our 20 years in business because of the way we treat our guests, and your family is among that group, which is why we would never disregard this issue. We tried to figure out if there was a way to assist you in this matter, but trading the vehicle simply took that opportunity out of our hands. Again, we recognize this has been challenging and regret we didn't have the opportunity to address the situation before you traded it in.
