I mentioned it to Grant, and within 30 minutes, the service department had inspected and corrected it. Everything was explained well and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Prior to driving to the dealership, I called to make sure the car was on the lot. It was 09:30 but the call was answered. I was transferred to the internet department. They confirmed it was available and even brought it to the front so that it would be faster for me when I arrived. Truly an excellent experience. More
