I was considering buying a brand new Tundra but my husband talked me into stopping to at one he saw in the lot at Driver's Way. Kirk happened to be the sales guy and was so helpful. He was never pushy. He let me look in whichever truck I wanted to out there, and I'm sure would have let me drive any of them too. I only drove one but he just stood back, let me look, however long I wanted, throughout 3 different visits. The new dealerships were very hard to get in touch with. We did find a nice gentleman at Hoover Toyota but decided he was not working for us. I tried to message Limbaugh and all I got was an email, telling me he had great news and it was very important that I call him right away. How about I messaged you? Why can't you communicate in the same fashion? I was so frustrated with the new dealerships and Kirk was simply so pleasant. That was a huge reason I went with Driver's Way and bought a gently used vehicle rather than a new one. We bought it on a Saturday so their detail guy was not there. I probably wouldn't have thought of it, but Kirk insisted he owes me a car wash and to bring it in the next week for a car wash and vacuum. Perhaps I can update this review after I do that. Definitely, ask for Kirk when you go in there. He was the best kind of sales person. NOT PUSHY! (Can you tell I hate pushy?!!) He was also able to answer all my questions or knew how to quickly find an answer. He was aware of and relayed info such as now you have to actually have insurance on the vehicle you are registering before you go to the DMV office and don't be surprised when I go to get the tag because Driver's way doesn't charge city tax but we will end up paying it and the DMV. He was really helpful all around. More

Very satisfied and not stressful I went to the Driver's Way to look and get an idea for another car and also to see how much my car would bring in trade in. I had used Chris Griffitt I went to the Driver's Way to look and get an idea for another car and also to see how much my car would bring in trade in. I had used Chris Griffitts 5 years ago and he was there the day I went. He explained everything I needed and allowed me to look as long as I wanted at several makes of cars that I was interested in. The Driver's Way was very active and busy and I had to return home to get my husband. We were there most of the day but succeeded in getting the car I wanted and was happy with my trade in for my car. We went back and forth to his office several times and waited on the credit score and the interest rate and paper work. Each time we moved around with Chris, he explained what was happening and the next step and about how long it would be. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his manners with me and my husband. I would recommend him and the dealership very highly. More
