Chad Donaldson car ninja. My wife was looking to buy a new car. I had absolutely no plan on purchasing a new car until I experienced the cool calmness of Mr. Dona car ninja. My wife was looking to buy a new car. I had absolutely no plan on purchasing a new car until I experienced the cool calmness of Mr. Donaldson. He not only made me want to buy a new car for my wife but couldn't do so quick enough. He seemed very eager to help, not just make a sale. Chad allowed us to take the car we wanted for a test drive off the showroom floor and expressed a strong desire to stay and answer all of our questions and gather the information we were requesting despite the fact that that lights were out and the doors were being locked as we returned from our test drive. We opted to return the next day to purchase the vehicle after Chad expressed his willingness to stay as long as it took to get the job done. I smell management in his near future. Thanks Chad for your hospitality and wonderful buying experience. We plan to visit you again when we are ready to purchase a new truck and maybe sooner to take you to lunch for a job well done. Matt seemed knowledgeable about the car, the manufacturer in general - pros and cons - and we didn't feel to be under any pressure to change our minds. There were a couple of minor issues with the navigation system and one of the light clusters which were promptly resolved. We had been to a few other dealers, and my wife and I joked that some of the salespeople were 'too hot', some were 'too cold', but Matt got it just right. More
