Easy going salesmen only offering help, not pushing. We weren’t expecting to find a car so quickly, but when walking through the lot with Chad Donaldson I felt like I was getting advice from a long time We weren’t expecting to find a car so quickly, but when walking through the lot with Chad Donaldson I felt like I was getting advice from a long time friend not a “Car Salesman”. He walked through the lot with us on two separate nights answering questions and making suggestions to help us along the way. Helping my fiancé understand that spending this kind of money you should never settle for “good enough” or “I could get used to it” so if he heard those words from her, he moved right along to the next more fitting car. Spending the time with us, explaining the pros and cons of certain vehicles, helping keep her eyes on cars that were in our price range, and sticking around till closing time or later to help us made the option of going anywhere else pretty much impossible. Yes the no haggle sales and all the Driver’s Way guarantees made us feel comfortable exploring Driver’s Way as a possible option. But Chad is the reason we found the car we wanted, felt comfortable with the deal, and ultimately he’s the sole reason we bought a car from Driver’s Way! So thank you Chad and Allen for helping us and working late with us several nights to make sure we felt comfortable with each of you, as well in our purchase. We are very grateful, and while we hope it is several years before we need to purchase a new vehicle, we will be looking for Chad again when that time comes. More

Kirk is great! Others need work! Kirk Sterley did an amazing job! However he was not there when I picked up the vehicle and my gas tank on the new truck was on filled to 3 quarters fu Kirk Sterley did an amazing job! However he was not there when I picked up the vehicle and my gas tank on the new truck was on filled to 3 quarters full and the vehicle was not washed. Everyone deserves an off day and don't fault him. I feel sorry for him that he can depend on his co-workers to finish a job when he has done all the paperwork. More
