Fairly decent Initially I was put off and almost left because I felt like my dealer wasn't being attentive and was very distracted and almost seemed like he didn't Initially I was put off and almost left because I felt like my dealer wasn't being attentive and was very distracted and almost seemed like he didn't want my business. I was allowed to test drive a car immediately, that I chose, but wasn't what desired and I almost settled. I went to look at the lot again by myself because he had to take a phone call and that's when I found the car I loved. I test drove that one and when I returned I had to wait for him again to finish another call for at least 10-15 minutes. I knew that this car was mine so I decided to be patient with him and this is when I felt like he started seeing that I was serious about purchasing. He did a 180 degree turnaround and was awesome after that, answering the 900 questions I had and finding the best deals and rates for me and even staying after hours to help me. I walked out feeling like I hadn't been "taken for a ride." I knew that I made the right decision of staying and I love my new car. I recommend Tim. More

I was disappointed the car was not detailed and o needed to come back, especially since the transaction started at 3pm. Overall, not a big deal, but coming back and time delays were not ideal.
