Always prompt and courteous service. My 12 year-old Corvette is brand new again! This week has been especially interesting from an automotive point of view. During the time I have owned this car, I have been careful to repair anyth This week has been especially interesting from an automotive point of view. During the time I have owned this car, I have been careful to repair anything/everything that needed fixing, including new top, upholstery repair, floor mats,, new driver's seat frame, struts for the tonneau cover, latch releases for the tonneau cover and trunk release, etc. It has been carefully cared for, and this week the air conditioning and suspension needed attention. The air conditioning was handled beautifully, and the unit works like new again. Mel Feddon, my service writer, worked closely with the Extended Warranty people, as he always does, and got everything taken care of expeditiously. With regard to the suspension, it turns out my electro-rheological shocks had frozen up from a long-time leak, and so had to be replaced. As they had damaged my front tires, those had to be replaced as well. Long story short, Mel's efforts, along with those of Robert Wagner, the technician who has always worked on my car, resulted in my car being essentially a three-month old 2003 Corvette Convertible that is still an eye-catcher every day. Mel always comes through and takes good care of my cars, as well as those of my son who also depends on this dealership for many automotive repair needs. Thank you, Mel! Mel Feddon, a Superior Service Advisor I have had Mel Feddon as my Service Advisor for many, many, years. He is very professional and courteous and always takes the time and has the patien I have had Mel Feddon as my Service Advisor for many, many, years. He is very professional and courteous and always takes the time and has the patience to explain things that I don't understand.
